Program paused: Counsely is currently 100% free for a limited time, so no paid-plan commissions are being issued right now. The affiliate program will resume when paid plans launch. Partners who apply now will be notified in advance and onboarded first.
Commission Structure
When paid plans launch, affiliate partners will earn a 15% commission on referred paid subscriptions. Exact commission amounts will be published at that time.
Commissions will be based on a 15% share of the subscription price paid by each referred student (first payment only). Specific dollar amounts, payout tiers, and eligibility rules will be communicated to active affiliate partners at least 30 days before paid plans go live.

Payment Terms & Conditions
Commission Payment
- • Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal or bank transfer
- • Minimum payout threshold: $25
- • Payments processed within 30 days of the end of each month
- • Commission earned only on the initial subscription purchase
One-Time Commission Rule
- • You earn commission only on the first purchase made by your referral
- • If a referred user later upgrades or renews, no additional commission is earned
- • Specific commission amounts per plan tier will be announced when paid plans launch
Terms and Regulations
Eligibility Requirements
- • Must be 18+ years old
- • Valid PayPal account or bank account for payments
- • Agree to promote Counsely ethically and honestly
- • Cannot use paid advertising on branded keywords without approval
Prohibited Activities
- • Self-referrals or referrals from family members
- • Spam or unsolicited email marketing
- • False or misleading claims about Counsely services
- • Cookie stuffing or fraudulent tracking methods
Tracking and Attribution
- • 30-day cookie tracking window
- • Last-click attribution model
- • Referrals must complete purchase within 30 days of clicking your link
- • Real-time tracking dashboard provided
Program Termination
Counsely reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. Upon termination:
- • Unpaid commissions above $25 will be paid within 60 days
- • Access to affiliate dashboard will be revoked
- • Referral links will be deactivated
- • No future commissions will be earned
Important: This affiliate program is subject to change. We will notify all active affiliates of any material changes to commission rates or terms with 30 days advance notice.
